The Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) moved past plain multiple choice. NURDE’s items are built in the same formats, so the first time you meet a bow-tie or a matrix isn’t on exam day. Alongside the Next-Gen types you also get classic multiple choice, select-all, and ordering.
